How do I Place an Order?

There are a few ways you can place an order when you are ready:

You have the option of ordering by phone just in case you have those last minute questions or just enjoy talking to a person live while placing your order. Give us a call anytime for superior customer service at 800-381-9006 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday, and on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

Mail-In Orders

We are happy to accept your mail-in orders to our retail store. To ensure that you receive the best pricing at the time and any promotions that may be available please contact us at 800-381-9006 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday, and on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST before you mail-in your order.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa/American Express/Discover/MasterCard as well as Google Checkout. If you are local, please stop in and feel free to pick up items that are in stock. Checks and money orders are accepted but please note this will take additional time for your order to process.

Do my products come with a full warranty?

All of our products that we offer at SFR Shops are brand-new and are backed by the manufacturer's warranties. The length of time of the warranty and what it covers are specific to each manufacturer. For further questions regarding the manufacturer warranty or additional warranties offered please call customer service at 800-381-9006.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only ship orders to destinations located in North America. Some items at this time are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please contact customer support if you have a special circumstance and need something shipped internationally to be possibly approved.
